We create value by finding ugly, vacant homes that are eye sores and putting them back in use after renovation. We buy houses from banks, private individuals, and realtors. The people who buy our houses are trying to achieve the American Dream of home ownership, and many of these people could not buy without our special programs and willingness to go the extra mile.
